Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Implementation: Establish and uphold the practice’s policies and procedures, maintaining an organized office environment.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee financial operations, such as billing processes, managing accounts receivable, and executing budget plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and other pertinent healthcare regulations.
• Provider Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient services and care quality.
• Systems Management: Employ tools like Dentrix to streamline practice management tasks.

• Office Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing office operations, ideally within a medical or veterinary context.
