Production Worker

Location: Lebanon, OR (Relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon is required)

Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday (6 pm-6 am) Wednesday (6 pm - Midnight)

Position Summary:

The Specialty Products Associate is responsible for operating all CTS/GM machines. This includes operating, monitoring, and maintaining the production equipment to ensure the highest quality and productivity. It also assists in troubleshooting as problems arise.

Is responsible for packaging the final product properly as instructed in the product specification sheet and transporting the product to the staging area.

Set up and operate both cut-to-size and lamination machines. Operate the glue system and HMI and follow Standard run rates. Load grey sheet and glass for production. Measure, test, and inspect all finished products before shipment. Prepare and verify that the finished product is readied correctly for shipment. Comply with Safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical testing of product; in process and finish goods
• Adherence with all safety policies, lock-out tag procedures, and programs
• Ensures workplace is clean and orderly
• Follow Standard work
• Follow the customer specification sheet
• Update GEMS (Computer) database and Complete production logs accurately and completely
• Monitor and operate continual production line to ensure achievement of performance, quality, and safety objectives
• Hold self and peers accountable
• Operate electric pallet jack
• Drive forklift

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret most documents.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), are required.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to develop reasonable solutions.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
• Experience with HMI Operating Systems, MS Word, and Excel.

Job Benefits:

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
