### Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked and organized for our customers. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading merchandise, providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory control, and assisting with cash register operations.

### Duties

- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper organization and presentation
- Assist customers with locating items and provide exceptional customer service
- Package products for customers as needed
- Conduct inventory control activities, including monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store

### Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures is beneficial
- Proficiency in operating cash registers is desirable
