Quality Control Manager

Role: Quality Control Manager

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Experience: 5 years in quality control management

Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, microbiology, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control guidelines and procedures
• Oversee the testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams to address quality issues
• Train and mentor quality control technicians
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality control standards

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations
• Experience with testing methods and technologies in chemistry or microbiology
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
