Summary : Seeking a Production Supervisor with experience supervising shop floor employees in an industrial or manufacturing setting, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Job Requirements :

Must have prior experience supervising hourly wage employees in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Comfortable leading and working within a factory setting.

Experience in a union environment is highly desirable.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Preferred Skills :

A 4-year degree in any field is preferred, though not strictly required if the candidate has relevant work experience.

Job Responsibilities :

Coordinate, schedule, and provide leadership to hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals.

Monitor individual and group performance; take corrective action as needed, including disciplinary measures.

Must be open to working primarily on the 3rd shift (10pm - 6 : 30am) but also flexible for 1st or 2nd shifts depending on the production schedule.

Pay Details : $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
