Summary: Seeking a Principal Automation Engineer with specialization in capital project lifecycle management, automation systems, and regulatory compliance for biopharmaceutical production facility equipment/systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotech Engineering or related life science engineering

• Knowledge and experience in capital project lifecycle management including conceptual design, scope, resource estimate & cost estimate development, business case development and detailed design

• Proven experience with Emerson Delta-V DCS system, Rockwell Automation SCADA and PLC Platform, ABB Robot and Mitsubishi roller bottle machine

• Experience in Electronic Batch Reporting Systems Design and implementation

• Expertise in Process Control Network design including network segregation

• Familiarity with System Integration using OPC, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus and DeviceNet technologies

• Compliance to regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11, ASTM 2500, S88, S95 and GAMP.

Responsibilities:

• Manage support of ATO Drug substance operations daily

• Represent plant automation team in Area WCTs

• Lead a team of Automation engineers responsible for complex capital construction projects including Global Lifecycle Asset Management (GLAM) projects

• Represent Plant Automation team during the development of project plan, business case and cost estimates with key customers and stakeholders

• Estimate manhours and required resources based on project scope

Top Must Have Skill Sets:

• Life science experience

• Rockwell Automation Experience

• GMP Manufacturing facility experience

This is an onsite position. The successful candidate must be vaccinated.

 Pay: 40-60

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
