Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in improving efficiency and establishing quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Study maintenance, production and other operations to establish standard production rate and improve efficiency.

• Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas to determine quality and reliability standards.

• Verify records adhere to quality assurance specifications by reading worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets.

• Plan work assignments considering worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays.

• Prepare charts, graphs, diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.

• Verify equipment is being operated according to quality assurance standards by observing workers.

• Determine time involved and fatigue rate in tasks by observing workers using timing devices.

• Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.

Requirements:

• Creativity with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawing, schematics

• Previous experience with CAD or similar software related to the engineering field

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.

 Pay: 50-60

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
