FULL DESCRIPTION: Our client is looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer in Irvine, CA

The selected candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum Years Experience: 5 years in a manufacturing environment
• Technical Training Required: 5 years' experience in product engineering.
• Excellent written and excellent oral communication skills.
• Computer Requirements: Advanced Microsoft Office skills. AutoCAD or Visio knowledge. VISUAL experience preferred.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Experienced in Aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• Experienced in ISO 9001/ AS9100 quality requirements.
• Knowledge on Lean manufacturing and /or Six Sigma
• Technical support to engineering, manufacturing, planning and other staff.
• Ability to use effective problem-solving techniques.
• Lead product, design, and change projects.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to make recommendations and incorporate new product development into specific applications Incorporate Engineering orders into current build plan & BOM.
• Familiar with MRB implementation, disposition, and coordinate manufacturing stamps Production/assembly process training
• Facilitate IPC-610, J-STD-001 training.

Salary: up to $70k - $83k
