Summary: Seeking an Industrial Controls Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial controls equipment, with a focus on PLC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and improve in-house industrial controls and programmable controllers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance as needed.
• Conduct new PLC programming for small projects and troubleshoot malfunctioning electrical systems.
• Adjust, calibrate, align, and modify circuitry and components.
• Drive and lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, including preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist in writing operational manuals and procedures for equipment.
• Communicate with customers and sales to develop job strategies and product applications.
• Maintain and repair CNC equipment, monitor newly installed equipment, and provide training to other workers.
