100% Onsite: Indianapolis, IN
What's Needed to Qualify:
- Must have completed formal apprenticeship OR 8 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience/Ability to diagnose, service, and adjust machine tools and automation (including robots) needed to manufacture transmission components, primarily PLC/CNC based.
- Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems, making corresponding repairs.
- Experience with the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- High-precision mechanical alignment experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Repair, adjust, maintain various machinery and mechanical equipment, including delicate mechanical instruments.
- Make sophisticated, original setups on various machine tools to machine first run production parts.
- Possibly diagnose and correct tooling issues
