Summary: Seeking a Full Lifecycle Product Engineer with experience in PCB based product design, quality audits, and phase gate development.

Requirements:

• Must have a BS degree

• Experience in the design of any kind of PCB based products

• Experience with performing quality audits of the development process

• Phase gate development experience

Responsibilities:

• Support AS9100/ ISO9001:2015 certification via internal audits and Quality System maintenance

• Provide project planning, execution, timing, risk and cost management services for new product transition

• Represent Process Quality Assurance in the product development process ensuring compliance at each phase

• Perform supplier quality functions including performing quality audits and administering the SCAR process at contract manufacturers

• Work with Engineering, Operations and NPI team to identify opportunities for improvement in design process

• Provide QA support on implementation of Engineering Change Orders, Program Instructions, Waivers and Material Substitution Requests

• Oversee pre-production and PA Build process to close off corrective actions with regards to DFX or manufacturing readiness

• Monitor front and back-end supply chain requirements for initial builds

• Manage implementation of Engineering Change Orders, Program Instructions, Waivers and Material Substitution Requests for Prototype/EAUs.

• Perform Controlled Introduction monitoring activities and lead product investigations and yield improvement initiatives.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
