Summary : Seeking an experienced Facilities Technician for project work involving building improvements, supplier coordination, and compliance management.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar facilities technician role.

Proven track record of managing and coordinating with suppliers including obtaining quotes and ensuring compliance with work scope.

Demonstrated ability to handle building improvements projects effectively.

Experience in managing legal requirements to maintain health and safety standards.

Preferred Skills :

Proficiency in critical thinking and the capability to multitask efficiently.

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical installations.

Job Responsibilities :

Oversee supplier interactions, gather quotes, and ensure work scope compliance.

Execute building improvement initiatives as per project requirements.

Ensure adherence to health and safety standards as well as other legal requirements in facility management tasks.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
