Summary : Seeking a Contracts Specialist for Tactical Solutions department with extensive experience in government and commercial contracts, and proficiency in FAR and DFARS.

Requirements :

BS / BA in a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract negotiation and administration.

Experience with government and commercial contracts.

Proficiency in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).

Experience with cost reimbursable, award fee, incentive fee, and firm fixed price contracts.

Preferred Skills :

Strong knowledge of intellectual property regulations within federal contracting.

Capable of assessing risk and recommending mitigation strategies.

Effective negotiation skills with clear oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities :

Provide contract negotiation and administration across all contract life cycle phases.

Collaborate cross-functionally to establish relationships with key customers.

Assist the Senior Manager in reviewing contracts to assess company risk and ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Maintain regular work schedule as per company policy.

Establish positive working relationships within the department, Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units, and the Company.

Pay Details : $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
