Summary: Seeking two CNC Programmers specialized in Catia for a 6-12 month contract, focusing on processing technology and manufacturing methods.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of engineering material, preferably composites

• Familiarity with Processing Technology

• Proficiency in Catia or APT Programming

• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures

Preferred Skills:

• Training in CADAM and APT programming

• Experience with CATIA V5 and V6 Multi axis

• Familiarity with Jet-CAM Nesting software CATIA V6 Lofting in composite work bench

• Ability to create composites and Generative Shape design workbenches

• Capability to update any materials needed in Enovia

Job Responsibilities:

• Lofting NC Programming using CATIA V6 Delmia, 5 axis programming

• Preparing model for nesting this includes renaming schema of all layers.

• Creating Geometrical sets for flat pattern V5 geometry, Geometric sets for V5 flat pattern geometry

• Performing a ply audit a nest set. Using Jet-CAM to create a nest for NC machine

• Generating reports in PDF for shop personnel.

Additional Notes: This position requires ITAR Work Regulations compliance. The starting date will be after background/drug test are cleared.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $53.00 per hour
