Summary : Seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to perform detailed mechanical assembly and operation of furnaces and microprocessors in a high-temperature environment.

Requirements :

• Experience with mechanical assembly of headers and other E / M assemblies prior to brazing.
• Proficient in operating belt, push, and vacuum furnaces.
• Ability to operate and program microprocessors.
• Able to work from work instructions, assembly prints, pick lists, and routers.
• Capable of using magnification lighting or microscopes for assembling small components.
• Experience with material management including data entry in SAP.
• Previous knowledge operating gas valves and microprocessors.
• Experience in a heat-treating facility or lab environment is desirable.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in environments exceeding 100 F during hot summer days.

Preferred Skills :

Small hand dexterity.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform mechanical assembly of components.
• Operate various types of furnaces.
• Program and manage microprocessors.
• Conduct document audits and collaborate on documentation and process improvements.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
