New ENT surgery center seeking a motivated LPN who enjoys providing excellent care to a diverse patient population. We are building a team of excellence with a culture of safety as our priority to provide exceptional care to our patients.

As the Pre-Op LPN you will be responsible for:

· Maintaining patient flow and communication of appointment status.

· Providing patients with the information to prepare the patient for ENT surgical procedures in an ambulatory care setting.

· Preparing patients for surgeries/procedures have pre-op, consent, and skin-prep, if needed, completed.

Requirements

• Trained in asepsis, infection control, and sterilization.
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Good judgment with the ability to make a timely and sound decision.
• Prepare patient for same day surgery.
• Pre-op and post-op patient calls.
• Ensure patients understand all instructions.
