Enquire is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This is an excellent role for anyone that wants to take their career to the next level. The Marketing Specialist will have a great opportunity to develop and contribute to the Marketing department by carrying out high-quality service. 

Your primary role will be to work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company success. We are looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. 

Requirements

Primary Functions

• Works closely with the sales team to reach revenue goals
• Provide administrative support for marketing team
• Create email campaigns
• Manage social media accounts
• Managing sales contracts
• Lead database maintenance
• Organizing conference and event logistics
• Support lead generation

Bonus Experience

· Experience in a customer relationship management platform

· Familiarity of a marketing automation platform

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Prefer Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

· 2 years prior experience

· Proficient with MS Excel and Word

• Prefer Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and clients, experience interacting with customers
• Courteous and positive customer and personal service
