We are passionate about what we do and are looking for high-voltage, high-ampere individuals to join our team!Job DescriptionClean and assemble process equipment for mixing and coating.Identify and maintain accurate inventory and scheduled materials needed for production.Carry out the details of production processesEvaluate and maintain accurate critical-to-quality material measurements and process measurements to assure quality.Work with the Process and Cell Engineers to complete production tasks to meet daily and weekly production goals.Learn detailed operation of equipment and control procedures for mixing, coating, calendaring, slitting, punching, and assembly.Understand the customer driven electrode production specifications and maintain statistical quality control data.Keep a record of production data.Ensure that the workspace is clean and neat.Ensure that health and safety laws are followed.QualificationsPreferred 2-year Associate's DegreeAt least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferred battery manufacturing or related field.Experience and knowledge of equipment and operation used in manufacturing processes.Knowledge of health and safety laws.Attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills.Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.Perform the following for extended periods of time:Standing or sittingClimbing/squatting/walkingRepetitive motions and liftingAdditional InformationCompany FitSelf-driven, independent, and capable of solving problems on the flyPassionate about the work, the team, and the planetEffective communicator using precise languageAbility to work in a diverse, intellectually-challenging, and rapid-paced teamWillingness to learn and grow with the team
