About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative graphic designer to join our team as Junior Brand Designer. This candidate will accelerate and execute our creative vision across all touchpoints using a keen design eye and energy for concepting and producing high-quality and brand-consistent creative assets. This role will work closely with our marketing team and Head of Brand in a fast paced early stage startup environment. The Enigma team works in the office 4 days/week in New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate and design creative visual assets for consumer marketing efforts (e.g. brand campaigns, merch, paid and organic social assets, .com, newsletters) as well as sales content (e.g. digital/print brochures, presentations)
• Assist in the ongoing evolution of Enigma’s visual and verbal brand identity, interpreting brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing/social, product, and sales
• Provide creative input and contribute to team-wide brainstorming sessions
• Manage design process from mockup through to print/export
• Pitch creative ideas and communicate design decisions effectively when presenting

Qualifications:

• BA/BS from an accredited University or College (preferably graphic/visual design degree)
• *2–3 years of design experience (salary dependent on level of experience)
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma a must
• Basic understanding of content creation and basic video editing required, video expertise a big plus
• Understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, IG, Facebook, Twitter) and design needs for each
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must provide portfolio that showcases strong graphic forward thinking
