Overview

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Senior Data Architect to join our team. As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data warehouse architecture and necessary technical solutions. This position will be based at our corporate office in Dallas, TX but hybrid schedules can be considered once fully trained.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data design, development, implementation and maintenance of complex data systems and solutions for large projects and programs, working alongside business to develop data models and ensure alignment on appropriate metadata and data quality standards
• Plan and design data warehouse architecture, delivering reusable services and cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure technology solutions are in alignment with data architecture principles and target state
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders to create end-to-end solutions for collecting transforming, manipulating, and consolidating data
• Ensure all end-to-end solutions are complete, operable, conform to business processes, and meet the business needs with the agreed quality of service
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data analysis and business intelligence
• Architect data pipeline using ELT/ETLs as appropriate and identifying appropriate solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Expert ability to read, write, and optimize various code bases in SQL (various forms), R, Python, and Java or Scala
• Experience with SQL Server data warehousing features
• Expertise in creating, maintaining, and scaling ELT and ETL pipelines
• Extensive background in cloud-based data and data warehousing infrastructure with ability to manage available data storage and computing power (8 years)
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining data warehouses, data lakes, Hubs (3 years)
• Experience with entity relationship modeling, metadata systems, data quality tools and techniques
• Experience in designing production data warehouse servers (CPU, memory, disks, clustering, etc.)
• Familiarity with BI tools and necessary data structure
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and DataBricks
• Understanding of the foundations of Agile and DevOps
