Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is Hiring a Compliance Analyst Near Hoover, AL
- Manage the department hotline and operate the department’s incident management software; work with vendor.
- Complete investigaton intake and assign the case; move compliance and privacy complaints from the hotline environment into the software.
- Ensure the prompt closing of the investigation by the investigator; monitor all compliance & privacy investigations for prompt action on the part of investigators.
- Assist the compliance monitoring manager with reporting; download and process Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Program for Evaluating Payment Patterns Electronic Report (PEPPER) files.
- Prepare reports on data related to the PEPPER files and the company monitoring program.
- Prepare department reports provided to the compliance team and the executive compliance committee.
- Generate reports required of the department, as requested; internal reports, reports to the board of directors, auditors, and to executive management.
- Coordinate compliance education programs; curriculum and administration of annual compliance program.
- Assist with coordination of the conflicts of interest program.
- Engage in developing compliance monitoring strategies.
- A bachelor's degree in health care administration or equivalent is required.
- Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills.
- Must be proficient in operating relevant investigation and audit software.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a compliance department is preferred.
