We are a corporate retail store specializing in customizing embroidered apparel, screen printing, and engraving awards for recognition. We are also a full service large and small format print shop able to sell and print on promotional products, business cards, table cloths and much more.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to help improve the customer service experience in store and on social media platforms. The ASM will help develop a stronger team in order to ensure we offer the best possible customer service experience to our entire customer base. ASM must be highly self motivated, experienced and have exceptional customer service and able to lead and develop a team.

The Assistant Manager will spend 75% of the time on the sales floor assisting customer as well as supervising the CSR team.

The following responsibilities are for the CSR Team –

• Assisting customers with sales
• Answering the phones
• Processing customer orders
• Scheduling orders
• Assisting customers with quotes
• Assisting customers with apparel selection
• Maintaining a clean front desk/sales floor
• Assisting customers with payments
• Pricing and Merchandising
• Assisting customers with pick ups
• Miscellaneous
• Assist management with additional support where needed in order to ensure an effective work environment

The following duties and responsibilities are solely for the Assistant Manager

• Assist leadership with training and development of staff
• Increase customer service experience by implementing new operations and procedures
• Creating an unique shopping experience for our customers
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Assist with sales floor merchandising and organization
• Assist with maintaining an organized sales floor
• Create weekly schedule with leadership approval
• Manage labor hours
• Assist with any operational tasks in order to increase bottom line and reduce loss of revenue
• Set priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently

Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
