A day in the life of an English Rose Companion Caregiver includes: 

• Providing support in daily living skills
• Engaging in activities to help seniors maintain living independently
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

• 1 year's direct 1:1 home care experience and able to pass the MDH background check
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Professional and positive attitude
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time 
• Valid drivers' license and clean driving record.
