English Rose is seeking experienced Private Duty Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA) to provide hands on care in a client's home. If you are independently driven to provide exceptional care that is truly client focused then we want to speak to YOU.
Must have excellent communication skills and at least one year prior experience providing 1 to 1 private care.
We offer great flexibility with scheduling and will bring on well qualified individuals into either Part-Time or Full-Time roles on our Home Care team. Schedule could range between 6 - 12 hour shifts depending on client needs and your availability. Our clients are around the Twin Cities area.
Shifts: Over-Nights
Wage Range: $17 - $24 per hour
Primary Responsibilities of our Home Care CNA's and Home Health Aides:

• Maintain compassionate and authentic relationships with Clients
• Provide direct care to Clients with dementia and complex medical conditions, assisting them with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
• Support Clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, preparing and serving meals and distributing medication
• Take Clients to appointments, shopping and outings as scheduled/needed

Requirements:

• 1 year's direct 1:1 home care experience and able to pass the MDH background check
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for 8 hours with breaks
• Valid drivers' license and clean driving record
