Englert Inc is Hiring a Bilingual Office Coordinator/ HR specialist Near Perth Amboy, NJ

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet & greet visitors and walk in candidates with any inquires
  • Assist with administrative duties such as ordering supplies, coordinating meetings and social events.
  • Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives
  • Cycle counting, managing, and ordering marketing materials and catalogs to support sales initiatives and customer requests
  • Collect, sort and distribute mail to the staff and department of the company
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Schedule meetings and order lunch for executive meetings
  • Handle all conference room issues and requests and route to proper point of contact
  • Assist with recruiting by sourcing candidates, prescreening and scheduling interviews.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls to employees
  • Provide assistance with translations with employees and candidates
  • Secure all exits, doors, and windows
  • Respond to alarms/calls and react in a timely manner
  • Assist Director of HR with any project work
  • Assist the VP of Englert with any administrative tasks such as meeting planning & events
  • Construct and review of offer letters and other essential HR documents.
  • Oversee employee uniform program by ordering/replacement of uniforms and keeping track of uniforms for employees etc.
  • Review uniform
  • Create flyers for company-wide emails and communication boards
  • Bring creative ideas on how to enhance the office experience for employees
  • Create badges for employees and work with IT department if addition access is needed
  • Sort through resumes to find adequate candidates for open roles within the company
  • Assist in candidate prescreens for open jobs within the company
  • Collaborate with employees for incoming visitors to ensure readiness for visitor's needs (conference rooms booked or safety gear available)

Requirement & Skills

  • In office 5 days a week
  • Good communication skills – verbal (Bilingual in Spanish is required)

  • Strong attention to details and the ability to translate conversations.

  • Able to be self-sufficient and a creative problem solver.
