SUMMARY: Fun, dynamic role in a fast-paced setting, heavily focused on supporting Duchess Convenience Stores - a family-owned chain of 120 convenience stores in business for more than 60 years.

Digital Marketing - Social Media, Website 

• Plan social campaigns to support promotions and brand awareness. 

• Work with team to obtain and develop Creative resources. 

• Schedule and implement campaigns. 

• Develop brand messaging and strategy on social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. 

• Videography and photography work in-house and with external creative partners. • Develop and edit site pages to optimize web traffic. 

• Utilize search engine optimization and analytics to improve web experiences. • Schedule and implement loyalty and other promotional changes as needed. • Update Manager with trends, analytics, and other relevant information. 

Customer Service and Support

• Customer-facing representation of Duchess brand. 

• Field and address customer service requests including 

o Internal HelpDesk 

o Website contact form 

o Email and phone 

o Answer, record and resolve customer service issues. 

• Represent the Marketing Team in internal logistics and emails. 

• Point person for inner-office needs. 

Manage and Audit Supplies and Signage 

• Manage content and organization of Team Google Drive. 

• Archive documents, photos and files. 

• Develop files for events, signage needs, and other annual changes. 

• Manage team assets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

College Graduate with previous experience in a marketing role.

• Intermediate to advanced experience with MAC software.

• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Working knowledge of: HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Analytics, Web technology, SEO, media relations, project management.

• Advanced knowledge and use of MS Office Suite and Outlook; familiar with Google Drive, Docs and Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Well organized and self-motivated; ability to work effectively under deadline.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
