Engle-Gross Adventures is Hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist - Remote

Gross Adventures is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated problem solvers passionate about creating an innovative customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers.

The Customer Experience Agent will provide quality service to customers by serving as the primary contact for information, questions, and more. This position plays a crucial role in the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and facilitates communication from existing members/customers/networks on all matters
  • Interacts with customers and vendors through inbound/outbound calls and e-mails
  • Work with high degree of autonomy on scheduled responsibilities, and completing tasks within determined turnaround time
  • Owns issues through to resolution on behalf of customers through comprehensive and timely follow-up with necessary parties
  • Receives and processes orders from providers and plan partners
  • Understands multiple products and services to facilitate care for our customers
  • Miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by leadership
