Job Title: React Web Developer

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa, or Peoria, Il – Hybrid Available

Pay Range: Up to $35.00/hour

Position Overview:

As a React Web Developer, you will be a crucial part of our team tasked with creating innovative web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain engaging user interfaces using React.js. Working collaboratively with backend developers, you will contribute to the overall success of our web applications, providing users with a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user interfaces using React.js and other front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with the designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are modern and competitive.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise and provide timely solutions.

Education:

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a React Web Developer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Skills Desired:

• Experience with server-side technologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
