Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a Stormwater Project Manager to work in our Warrenville office. The primary role of this position is to serve as the lead, supervising a team of engineers on a variety of stormwater and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is proficient in preparing construction documents including plans, specifications, time and cost estimates for projects.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 7 years of experience working transportation and infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with industry standard hydrologic/hydraulic programs (HEC-RAS, TR-20, Etc.)
• Stormwater experience including permitting through local, state, and federal agencies
• Proficiency in AutoCADD Civil 3D or MicroStation
• Project management skills for supervising a team, managing project budgets, scoping new projects, maintaining schedules for deliverables
• Proficiency in technical and business writing for proposals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with client contact and coordination with municipal agencies
