Our project engineers will be with you every step of the way from design feasibility, CAD design and design optimization for injection molding, Mold Flow analysis, plastic resin, appearance and surface texture, color, prototype, mold design and build to the end product and throughout production. Read and understand detailed work instruction

We are in need of Machine Operators for all 3 shifts. 1st shift 6:45am - 3:15pm, 2nd shift 2:45pm - 11:15 pm and 3rd shift 10:45pm - 7:15am. Must be able to work WEEKENDS as needed.

• Maintain the highest quality work to continuously insure customer satisfaction
• Complete Operator production sheet
• Process and inspect parts as instructed/per work instructions
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Rework parts as needed
• Maintain housekeeping practices for all areas
• Maintain professional working relationship with all co-workers, supervisors and management
• Assist in giving breaks as informed by team lead or supervisor
• Able to run all presses
• Meet quota of parts as required by production
• Adhere to all ON THE JOB training and DETAILED WORK INSTRUCTIONS
• Be able to lift 40 LBS
• Stand for 8 hours.
• Be able to work in HOT/COLD climate.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
