Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Inspect fabricated part for damages, cracks, scratches and blemishes.
• Inspect weldment for complete and uniform welds
• Assist with identifying the root cause of imperfections, damaged parts, processes, and quality control procedures
• Complete all QC paperwork as needed.
• Reject frames that do not meet quality specs
• Maintain 5S of area
• Peform accurate physical and visual inspection of raw materials and finished frames per spec requirements

Qualifications include:

• Quality Control experience in manufacturing
• Ability to read a tape measure, lift up to 50 pounds, follow instructions, and read diagrams
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, push and pull with hands/arms, and reach overhead.
• Must be able to ascend and descend ladders
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• Critical thinking skills
• Positive attitude and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
