JOB SUMMARY

This job acts as a liaison in supporting Information Security Awareness and Education for the enterprise. Assists in establishing and driving an Information Security program designed for the business to improve security behaviors. Partners with clients most likely within the AHN community to obtain desired outcomes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in ensuring clear lines of communication including but not limited to: transparency to the business on upcoming security initiatives, reporting security risks to the CISO and appropriate committees, identifying impact to the business and to consumers, helping shape remediation, and developing external and internal communications.
• Assist in the development of learning and development opportunities related to the Information Security program for the enterprise, privileged users, and staff of Information Security and Risk Management.
• Ensure the education and awareness program is aligned with the Information Security Program, Policies and Standards.
• Track progress defined program effectiveness measures and report accordingly on progress
• Assist in executing campaigns designed for Allegheny Health Network.
• Utilize change management methodologies to mitigate identified security risks, with coaching from more senior Business Information colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Education

Substitutions

• 6 years of experience in lieu of degree

Preferred

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management

EXPERIENCE
