Enfasco Inc is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Enfasco is a distributor of specialty fasteners and tooling for manufacturers in the fields of Aerospace and Defense. We operate in an environment of teamwork and mutual support.

Enfasco is looking for a full time Inside Sales Representative that will be a Co-Product Manager of an active, high demand product line. The position requires responding to RFQ’s, orders, and a variety of questions. Enfasco has an excellent established inside sales team that has been in place for many years that are cool under pressure, making it a very comfortable work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-Product manager of designated product line
  • Pricing/quoting
  • Inventory management
  • Process/Enter quotes, sales orders and purchase orders into Epicor Prophet 21 software
  • Set up / input new inventory parts, vendors, and customers into Epicor Prophet 21 software
  • Problem solving and resolution of customer/vendor concerns
  • Respond timely to incoming customer/vendor inquiries, determine needs
  • Answer phones, emails, and faxes

Required Skills:

  • Strong computer skills, Epicor Prophet 21 Experience is a positive, but not required
  • Work well individually & as a team
  • Strong/effective communication skills with customers, vendors & coworkers via phone, fax, and email
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
