EnerStar Rentals & Services is currently s recruiting for a result driven and customer service oriented CDL Driver with Belly Dump experience for a project in Fairview, MT.

Heavy Haul Truck Drivers are responsible for loading and delivering various forms of aggregate to various customer locations as required.

Additional responsibilities including but not limited to other duties as assigned by Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communicate with Branch Manager or Supervisor on a consistent basis.
  • Communicate in a professional manner with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote quality assurance to EnerStar clients.
  • Adhere to safe driving practices.
  • Maintain an accurate and legal DOT logbook, including but not limited to: electronic log, paper log, proper record keeping, proper notations, etc.
  • Verify all tickets and manifests are signed on location prior to leaving.
  • Daily completion of DOT Pre Trip/ Post Trip.
  • All other duties or tasks as assigned by Management. 

Qualifications:

• • Class A CDL with Belly Dump experience spreading and stock piling gravel on locations or roadways as required.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background test.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in the reading, writing and speaking of the English language.
  • 2 years’ verifiable experience required, 5 years’ experience preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to properly utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required.
  • Must be an active listener, respond in professional manner.
  • Able to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Able to be on call 24/7.
  • Able to work nights/weekends and travel overnight if needed.
  • Able to run electronic software, including but not limited to Smart phones, computers, metering devices, etc.
  • Able to read oilfield maps.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance skills required.
  • Able to take direction from Supervisors and Managers.
  • Able to remain on feet for long periods of time.
  • Able to remain seated for long periods of time.
  • Able to bend and stoop frequently.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Self-Motivator, ability to motivate others.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
