EnerStar Solutions is Hiring a Field Service Supervisor - Pecos, TX Near Pecos, TX

EnerStar Solutions is recruiting for a result driven and customer service oriented Field Service Supervisor based out of our Pecos, TX branch. Being an integral part of the EnerStar Solutions and based out of Pecos, TX the incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. Field Service Supervisors are responsible for all field operations within the Well Site Service Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team to ensure safety and productivity.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate with Management team on a regular basis.
- Communicate with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain DOT compliance on all EnerStar vehicles, CMV and Non CMV.
- Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location.
- Ensure all team members are using proper PPE at all times.
- Promote quality assurance to EnerStar clients.
- All other duties or tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
- Capable of working in a high stress position.
- Able to take direction from direct Supervisor.
- Able to remain on feet for long periods of time.
- Able to bend and stoop frequently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Self-Motivator, ability to motivate others.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
