Job Title: Warehouse Location Manager

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Location Manager to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and organized Warehouse Location Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and leading a team of warehouse staff to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Oversee inventory management, conduct regular stock counts, and implement measures to minimize discrepancies.
• Develop and implement warehouse safety procedures to create a secure and compliant working environment.
• Interview, hire, supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track and report on key performance indicators.
• Interacts with customers and associates to address their concerns
• Maintains facilities and housekeeping
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Netsuite warehouse management software and/or other relevant software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe working environment.
• Prior experience building a Warehouse team from the ground up strongly preferred

Requirements

• Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of store and retail operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills.
• Experience with Netsuite, Slack, Zoom, and general computer literacy

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics or the custom integration industry
• 3 years minimum in a leadership or management position, with at least 5 years experience in a Warehouse environment.
