Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling Door to Door.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Skills:
- Experience in outside sales is preferable, will train the right individuals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service

Compensation: While Training: Base Pay, $500.00 per week plus commission of 3% of Contract Amount. Earnings $57K to $83K.
Compensation: After Training: 14% to 24% of Contract Amount. Earnings $100 to $300K
