Human Resource Business Partner

Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Our customer is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will function as a consultant to management, providing guidance on matters related to Human Resources. The HRBP will take on the role of an advocate for employees and an agent of change, evaluating and predicting HR-related requirements, and proactively communicating them to both our HR department and business management. Additionally, the HRBP will establish collaborative relationships across the HR function to deliver valuable services to both management and employees, aligning with the organization's business objectives.
