Job Summary:Energy Hardware seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to direct all operational aspects of a distribution warehouse while supporting commercial initiatives and quality programs. Responsibilities include managing staff and fostering a positive work environment. This hands-on role demands a commitment to driving business growth and implementing productivity-boosting strategies.Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and administrative.
- Cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment for staff. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities aligned with organizational needs. Communicate clear direction and expectations.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that leverage growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Supervise and support sales operations through a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, requirements, and opportunities.
- Oversee all logistics for transporting product (inbound and outbound), communicating with transportation partners to ensure efficient delivery.
- Understand the quality control procedures and ensure they are adhered to throughout the order fulfillment process. Escalate any quality concerns to the relevant team and work collaboratively to find solutions.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits.
- Manage facility maintenance by planning maintenance work to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with diverse audiences (internal stakeholders, customers, and supplier partners).
- Coaches, guides, and manages cross-functional teams fostering collaboration.
- Drives results and prioritizes customer focus.
- Implements and optimizes processes and programs, fostering continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.
- Leads and manages change effectively, embracing continuous learning and adapting to evolving situations.
- Effectively delegates tasks while maintaining organizational control and ensuring successful outcomes.
- 5 years of distribution or supply chain management experience required
- 3 years of proven success in a management role having cross-functional responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
