Job Summary:Energy Hardware seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to direct all operational aspects of a distribution warehouse while supporting commercial initiatives and quality programs. Responsibilities include managing staff and fostering a positive work environment. This hands-on role demands a commitment to driving business growth and implementing productivity-boosting strategies.Key Responsibilities:
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and administrative.
Cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment for staff. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities aligned with organizational needs. Communicate clear direction and expectations.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that leverage growth opportunities and address challenges.
Supervise and support sales operations through a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, requirements, and opportunities.
Oversee all logistics for transporting product (inbound and outbound), communicating with transportation partners to ensure efficient delivery.
Understand the quality control procedures and ensure they are adhered to throughout the order fulfillment process. Escalate any quality concerns to the relevant team and work collaboratively to find solutions.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits.
Manage facility maintenance by planning maintenance work to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
5 years of distribution or supply chain management experience required
3 years of proven success in a management role having cross-functional responsibility
