Role Responsibilities
The Engineering Associate position is designed for new graduates - providing exposure to different functions within the Customer Excellence department to develop technical and business skills and gain meaningful experience for the rest of their career. Following a corporate and technical onboarding period, employees will participate in a 9-12-month engineering program that allows you to gain exposure in the Customer Excellence department.
This department focuses on executing functions required to support our customers and drive our business. You will interact with different groups learning the Sales, Service, and Project portions of our business - and possibly can experience another team depending on business needs. Placement opportunities after successful completion of the program include a variety of engineering roles in any of our US based locations. Opportunities for employment may also exist with our nationwide network of business partners.
