Endpoint is looking for an ambitious Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with Product, Operations, Revenue, and Business Development teams to draw insights from our data and provide business recommendations. Along with demonstrating technical and analytical skills, you will manage stakeholders across the organization to drive consensus. You will help drive the roadmap and vision for Self Service BI, while making sure we have strong governance and alignment across the company.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will use your skills to:

• Deliver real-time insights that enable our stakeholders to make strategic and data-driven decisions
• Develop the full life-cycle of data at Endpoint from ambiguous and non-traditional data sources
• End to end delivery of analytical results from gathering requirements, writing SQL logic to creating dashboards and delivering them to stakeholders.
• Deliver high impacting and utilized POC/MVPs leveraging capabilities of BI Tools (such as ThoughSpot, Tableau, etc.)
• Scope and develop scalable analytical frameworks, roadmaps, and metrics for the team and the broader organization
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot problems with high-level expertise, diligence, and efficiency across databases.
• Create and maintain documentation/training to help enable self-service analytics at Endpoint.
• Be an owner of data at Endpoint and leader in data governance.

• Required:
• 5 years in analytics or relevant experience.
• Experience in creating Tableau dashboard and maintaining Tableau Server.
• Experience working with stakeholders and building a report from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, data architecture and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with unstructured data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, Dynamo)
• Experience with Data Catalog (Metaphor preferred)
• Knowledge of job scheduling tools. (Airflow preferred)
• Demonstrably advanced analytical skills with a desire to tackle complex and ambiguous problems.
• Hands-on experience resolving data quality and mastering data issues.
• Experience working on SDLC and Agile environment.
• Comfortable working with limited resources or information in a fast-paced startup culture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills with the ability to present analytical findings.

• Preferred:
• Experience with ThoughtSpot as a developer.
• Domain knowledge or experience working in real estate/escrow industry.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• We offer competitive compensation; Base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to annual bonus. This role pays between $130,000 and $165,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience. We also offer a long-term incentive plan.

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of posting and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training and experience.
