Technical Sales Representative - Encryption and Anti-Tamper Solutions
Endosec specializes in products for hardware/software security and cryptography, as well as services for security design and anti-tamper planning.
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically savvy Sales Representative to promote and sell our cutting edge encryption and anti-tamper solutions to our target audience of prime contractors and the U.S. Department of Defense. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth within assigned territories in the Mid-West.
The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our encryption and anti-tamper products, their technical features, and their benefits in order to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients to showcase our solutions and address clients' specific security needs.
During meetings with potential customers, obtain desired requirements and specifications which then can guide product development.
Collaborate with internal team, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to develop comprehensive sales strategies and compelling proposals.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service and proactive problem-solving.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities and enhance sales pitches.
Accurately forecast sales, manage sales data, and provide detailed reports on sales activities and results.

Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering). Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
At least five (5) years experience in technical sales, preferably in encryption, cybersecurity or anti-tamper domain
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision makers
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented sales environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory within the mid west to meet with clients and attend industry events
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network of contacts and relationships in US DoD and Prime Contractors
Familiarity with government and military procurement processes and security requirements
