We are looking for professional, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who can sell FREE In-Home Consultations to customers over the phone. Regardless of your level of experience, we provide paid training and the support you need to be successful at Encore! Some of our top performing representatives have no previous experience in a Call Center environment or in the Home Improvement industry.

Education, Training and Experience
No experience in scheduling coordination is required, but experience in administrative functions, customer service and reception is preferred.
Associates degree and beyond is not necessary but is helpful.
