We are looking to hire a talented and ambitious assistant manager at our Plainfield, IL, location. This is an excellent opportunity for self-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing organization. We will teach you all you need to ensure your success.

As part of our management team, your responsibilities will include:

· Provide leadership, direction, and training to staff

· Assist manager with daily operations

· Grow membership volume - Promote car wash selling initiatives and encourage the team to strive to reach goals/objectives

· Provide exceptional guest service

· Ensure the site operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies and safe work practices

· Ensure that all reports and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely fashion

· Help perform and oversee maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and eliminate inconvenience to guests

· Foster a work environment where good performance is recognized and rewarded

· All other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teammates

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to learn in-depth car wash functions and maintenance functions of an express car wash operation

· Knowledge of the car wash business preferred but not required

· High school education or equivalent

· Minimum of two years previous management experience required

· Basic computer skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

· Exposure to outside weather conditions

· Frequently exposed to moderate to loud noise

· Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting, and overhead reaching

· Ability to stand for an entire shift

· Ability to frequently lift between 5 to 30 pounds

· Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days of the week consistent with the demands of the retail environment, which includes weekends, evenings, and other high-activity periods
