Encantado technical solutions is seeking End User Support Specialist I to support a major national laboratory.
Note: This position is 100% onsite and candidate must reside in the Albuquerque area.
This position will serve to keep an emergency operation center’s MS Windows based laptops up to date, providing support to our operators, supporting our three video teleconferencing rooms, and providing break/fix support to our client. The ideal candidate for this posting will have a strong customer focused mindset, be a self-starter, and have strong communication skills.
