Registered Dietician- up to 10 hours/month
The consulting dietician agrees to provide the following services upon request. Requests for services will be communicated through Enable, Inc.’s Director of Health Services.
· Required to a 4 year degree and be a Registered Dietician
· Complete a nutritional assessment on all new admissions to our ICF facilities and provide recommendations to the team regarding nutritional needs. Complete a nutritional assessment for individuals in residential habilitation as requested by the team.
· Complete a nutritional assessment on each person supported in an ICF annually and as requested for people supported in other programs.
· Attend in-services for each ICF group home at least annually to review modified and special diets and to provide training to residential staff.
· Review and update menus for ICF’s as requested.
· Review menu substitution lists from each ICF group home routinely.
· As requested, provide recommendations to the team related to nutritional concerns that may arise related to weight loss or gain, special diets, tube feedings, etc.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
