Regisgtered Dental Hygienist

The Dental Hygienist is responsible for providing preventive dental care and oral health education to the community, with a focus on underserved populations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to public health and a passion for improving the oral health of the community.

Hygienist Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Screen patients for oral health problems and refer them to dentists for further treatment
• Develop and implement oral health education programs for the community
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve the oral health of the community
• Participate in research and evaluation activities to assess the effectiveness of oral health programs

Hygienist Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program
• Registered dental hygienist in the state of State
• Strong commitment to public health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
