Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, food service, and customer service. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the establishment, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. - Train and develop team members in areas such as culinary skills, customer service, and POS systems. - Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. - Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to schedule shifts and manage labor costs. - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock. - Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee growth. Skills: - Strong background in bartending and food service. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. - Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally. - Proficient in hospitality management software and POS systems. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. - Culinary knowledge is a plus.
