Desired Skills:

• 3-4 years software testing experience with 1-2 of those years in robotics or hardware related fields.
• Bachelor’s in computer science or the equivalent.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C , or Java, with a focus on software testing and automation.
• Understanding of robotics principles, including kinematics, dynamics, and sensor integration.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
• Familiarity with software testing tools and frameworks, such as Robot Framework, PyTest, or JUnit.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for robotics systems.
• Ability to design and execute test plans and test cases for complex robotic software and hardware components.
• Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques for identifying and resolving issues in robotic systems.
• Experience with simulation environments for virtual testing of robotic algorithms and behaviors.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and troubleshooting issues in robotic systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git for managing software repositories.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with robotic frameworks and middleware such as ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience in testing AI algorithms is a plus.
