Hello Job Hunters! We are looking for three Data Center Technicians to join our team in South San Jose. The Engineering Lab Services Team are the "hands and feet" of numerous remote users who utilize the equipment in the labs that cannot physically access the equipment for technical issues. The team ensures remote users can perform their job functions by accurately and safely installing, removing, and relocating various enterprise-level computing/network devices as requested; providing power and connectivity to devices to enable remote access and operation; troubleshooting and resolving remote connectivity and/or device functionality issues.
The ideal candidate has experience in a Lab environment supporting Physical Layer ticket resolutions.
This is month long engagement.
